With great happiness that Total Express Team received the nomination fot the category “Logistics ans Transport” of the Reclame Aqui Award. The award arose 10 years ago, start in na initiative of the Reclame Aqui website, to recognize companies from various segments that provide good customer service.
To receive the nomination, there are several requirements that categorize a company that is committed or not. Among them is the fulfillment of the minimum período of 12 consecutives months in the minimum classification of “Good”, on the Reclame Aqui website. The final stage of the competiotion, on the other hand, is the responsibility of internet users who, in the coming weeks, will be able to collaborate in the voting.

In the last edition, the award took place in person, with large gala party. But this years, to respect the distancing rules due to the pandemic, Reclame Aqui will make a 100% virtual award.
